We welcome a diverse group of commercial vendors, animal welfare organizations and other non-profits.
We are anticipating a minimum of 1,000 runners this year!
Multiples of that will attend the expo afterwards.
The tent layouts will change this year. The wine tent
will be in the middle of the expo, and there will be a band. Vendor tents will be located near the wine tent and all
the action!
We will supply you with an 18'x18' space which is located outdoors in a grassy field. We
do not supply tables, chairs, tents, etc., however, you may set up your own tent, tables, displays, etc. Rescues and non-profits are welcome to keep the proceeds of any sales of products you chose to sell. Rescues should
bring adoptable pets that are friendly (no biters or fighters). Electricity is not available. Vendor
set up will start at 7 am the day of the race. You must be set up and your car removed from the field by 8 am.
All animal welfare groups and non-profit organizations are welcome to attend for FREE, but are encouraged to provide goodybag
stuffers or raffle prizes if possible. All commercial vendors will be required to pay a $100.00 booth fee (per space). Cars will not be permitted to stay at the booths after set up (without prior approval). You are encouraged to donate
a raffle item (minimum $25.00 value). The raffle will take place after the race, please deliver your raffle items
to the runner's tent before 8 am. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from 8:00 a.m. Free
